Overview
We are looking for innovators in the geospatial and data science fields to help implement cutting‑edge digital solutions for our Federal and Environmental Solutions clients. The Solutions Architect will work on a broad range of consulting projects, design, architect, and deliver complex digital solutions, and apply the latest technology.
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Land Use Planning, or a directly‑related discipline with 15+ years of experience.
- Significant experience with the Esri suite of software, including Desktop ArcPro, ArcMap, ArcCatalog; Web ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, Web App Builder, Ops Dashboard; Apps Collector for ArcGIS, Survey123.
- Experience with SQL Server and ETL processes.
- Experience with FME Server.
- Experience implementing solutions within Azure.
- Experience with Python 2.7 and 3.X.
- Experience with Python libraries ArcPy, ArcGIS Python API, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, pyodbc (a plus).
- Experience customizing Web App Builder using JavaScript (a plus).
- Experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript (a plus).
- Significant experience designing digital workflows ranging from mobile data collection to database management to data visualization.
- Experience setting up field teams for mobile data collection using Collector and Survey123.
- Strong consultant attributes: team player, eagerness to learn and grow, self‑starter, initiative, versatility, and a client‑service mentality.
- Develop, train, and mentor junior technical staff.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to discuss projects with clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and internal team members, and to speak in public; excellent writing skills producing concise and readable documents.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

Salary
The base salary range for this position is $123,600.00 to $185,000.00. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
