EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance activities on facilities following written instructions; Complete assigned work orders and document completion within the CMMS; Complete repairs including rebuilding of pumps, steam traps, valves, electrical and pneumatic solenoid devices; Perform shift rounds and document performance characteristics; Communicate with site leadership to ensure work requests are understood and parts ordered as needed
