Description:

Performs a variety of duties to support and facilitate the maintenance of accurate and efficient business operations. Provides direct customer service and/or clerical/administrative support for the department. Essential Functions. All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Handles all incoming calls to the Agency with efficiency, professionalism and adherence to HIPAA and other applicable regulations. Provides information to callers/visitors pertaining to the services of Home Health and Hospice. Confirms with newly referred patients their understanding of Home Health services and their willingness to receive services. Answer multi-line telephone and gives information to callers or routes calls to appropriate staff; greets internal/external callers/visitors in a prompt, pleasant and professional manner.
