MetroConnects (Metro) is a special-purpose district governed by a seven-member Commission that operates and maintains approximately 1,600 miles of sanitary sewer mains within Greenville County in South Carolina. Metro is seeking a successful, customer-focused candidate to join our team as a full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative.
This position, under direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager, performs a variety of clerical and financial-related duties, and professionally interacts with customers on a variety of issues.

Salary is negotiable based on experience. Metro offers a competitive benefits package, including South Carolina Retirement and comprehensive health insurance. No relocation assistance is provided. A background check and drug screening are a condition of employment. Metro also conducts random drug screening during employment.
