Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings. Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs. Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues. Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities. Minimum Requirements:Certified in all front-of-house functions.
