Job Details

Report to the On-Site Manager. Perform functional and post-maintenance diagnostic testing, corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Air-Operated Valves (AO - Vs). Ensure AOV performance meets prescribed design and vendor specifications, including seating force, stroke length, and position control. Perform leak testing, valve adjustments, and alignment checks using appropriate gauges and tools. Support field troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and continuous improvement plans. Complete work orders with accurate documentation of tasks and daily field activity logs. Ensure safety of self and team and prevent damage to plant equipment. Follow Quality standards and procedural guidelines set by the customer. Comply with work hour requirements and observe Quality, Radiological, Human Performance, and other nuclear program norms. Use appropriate PPE, including respirators, fall protection, safety glasses, and hard hats. Follow lockout/tag out requirements.
