Lead projects of varying scope to develop and execute blade repair solutions for the fleet, with the goal of maximizing turbine availability, performance, and business outcomes. Define repair validation strategies, including qualification plans, acceptance criteria, test methods, and technical evidence needed to support repair approval and deployment. Translate development results into scalable, standard processes and technical specifications. Collaborate with Services to pilot and scale methods on operating turbines. And collaborate with Manufacturing to embed repairs in factory rework processes. Support development and review of blade repair technical specifications, create standardized work instructions, and methods in services and production. Ensure repair methods comply with applicable EHS requirements, product safety expectations, quality standards, and industry regulations.
