Reporting to the Production Manager, the Injection Molding Production Supervisor will plan, direct, and coordinate the production activities of their shift. The primary responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include directing job assignments and providing leadership to the production staff; managing production resources for a high-volume manufacturing operation; maintaining high levels of order fulfillment with good quality and operating in safe conditions.
