The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and finished goods, maintaining inventory and associated records. Employee management includes training, planning, and assigning daily work, conducting performance reviews, addressing performance issues and resolving problems. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Carries out supervisory responsibilities of Shipping & Receiving employees in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices. Develop weekly manning plan, including temporary labor requests, per production schedule. As well as scheduling overtime and vacations in the department. Ensure Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
