Payroll Coordinator

Description:

Process bi-weekly payroll for full time, part time, salaried and hourly employees. Use payroll, timekeeping, onboarding and ticket system software to input, maintain, research, and retrieve payroll related information. Ensure proper payment of wages and salaries via the UKG payroll system. Manually or via payroll software, calculate payroll adjustments. Perform data entry as required. Print and disburse paper checks. Gather, sort and disburse mail. Create off cycle payrolls, manual checks, ACH requests, adjusted payroll transactions, stop payments, bank reversals, and other transactions as required. Support other members of the payroll team as needed. Within the expected time limit, research and resolve payroll related concerns and questions from employees and management. Perform other tasks, projects and duties as assigned Qualifications Health.
