In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this 388 Units meet both company standards and applicable laws. As the Service Technician, you will help to: Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
