We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-minded Painter to join our Paint Department. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for applying powder or wet paint coatings to metal parts and assemblies in accordance with job specifications and quality standards. Youll contribute to the production of high-quality, finished components that support our customers across the globe. Key Responsibilities Painting & Finishing: Apply paint or powder coat to metal parts using spray guns or other application methods in a paint booth or production line setting. Surface Prep: Clean, mask, and prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, oil, or debris using solvents, sanders, or hand tools. Quality Inspection: Visually inspect painted parts for proper coverage, color match, thickness, and finish consistency. Touch up or rework as necessary.
