Collaborate with Operation Supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates Utilize warehouse tools, including radio frequency hand held units (RF Guns) and computer kiosks, to update transactions within the warehouse management system (WMS) and log activities in the Labor Management (LM) module Understand and act as a role model in following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) Train and coach associates to achieve all operational goals and service levels Mentor and develop teammates to perform better in their current roles while preparing them for future career opportunities Ability to develop and share best practices Help to foster a positive team environment that encourages all associates to provide insights and feedback to improve processes, adapt to an ever-changing business, and stay focused on customer satisfaction Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns Participate i...Operations, Operation Supervisor, Manufacturing, Operation, Associate
