Quality Leadership and Strategy. Lead quality performance for GSC Materials Management across value streams supporting factories and repair shops. Develop and execute the quality strategy for warehousing and materials management processes aligned to business goals, customer expectations, and operational priorities. Serve as the primary quality leader for material storage, handling, preservation, identification, traceability, inventory transactions, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and internal material movement. Partner with site and functional leadership to establish a proactive quality culture within warehousing and materials operations. Provide direct people leadership, coaching, development, and performance management for assigned quality team members. BIQ and Zero Defect Deployment.
