Own the strategic vision for product and process quality across cells and centers of excellence. Partner with cell leadership to establish and execute a robust audit plan. Mentor and coach manufacturing and quality engineers on quality systems and process improvement. Lead efforts to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improve operational performance. Drive simplification and reporting solutions to improve response time and issue resolution. Lead cross-functional engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts to improve first-pass yield. Own the quality and technical framework to ensure CTQ and compliance requirements are met.
