About the Opportunity

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an Attorney to join its Spartanburg office. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established practice in the Upstate SC area.

This role offers hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment. You will be involved in all phases of litigation while developing subject matter expertise, working alongside experienced attorneys with strong national platform support.

What You'll Do

• Manage litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with a high degree of precision and clarity
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to labor and employment law issues
• Participate in discovery processes including depositions, written discovery, and document review
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and litigation approach
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to employer clients
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar and North Carolina Bar required
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and research skills
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management capabilities
