Capgemini is seeking an AWS EKS Infra / DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and management of scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices on AWS. This role requires strong expertise in EKS/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline development, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments while guiding automation strategies and deployment processes. You will collaborate closely with development teams to build cloud-ready architectures, enhance system resilience, and implement DevOps best practices to accelerate delivery and operational efficiency.

Your Role

ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
* Cloud Build
* Jenkins
* GitHub Actions
* GitLab CI

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:
* Terraform
* Deployment Manager
* Similar tools

Configure and manage EKS/K8s clusters, containerized workloads (Docker), and related services.
Monitor system performance and reliability using:
* AWS-native tools (Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging)
* Alerting frameworks (e.g., New Relic)

Improve system scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience.
Maintain and improve security practices including:
* IAM
* VPC configurations
* Firewalls
* Secrets management

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment-related issues.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase delivery velocity.
Collaborate with development teams to create cloud-ready architectures following DevOps best practices.
