Job Details

Functional Testing: Perform electrical, mechanical, and system-level testing according to engineering procedures, test scripts, and work instructions. - Test Equipment Operation: Safely operate meters, power supplies, load banks, diagnostic tools, and other testing equipment to validate system performance. - Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and document electrical or mechanical issues; collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve discrepancies. - Quality Verification: Verify proper installation, wiring integrity, torque values, labeling, and overall build compliance prior to testing. - Documentation: Accurately complete test reports, inspection checklists, redlines, and electronic documentation systems. - Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO), arc flash protection, PPE requirements, and company policies at all times. - Calibration Awareness: Ensure testing equipment is within calibration requirements prior to use and repor...Panel, Tester, Weekend, Mechanical, Electrical, Equipment
