People Leadership Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical design engineers. Establish clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with business needs and departmental KPIs. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee development, engagement, and retention. Promote accountability, teamwork, and a high-performance culture aligned with Vertiv behaviors and values. Engineering Management & Technical Oversight Provide technical leadership and oversight of mechanical design activities, including 3 D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Material (BOMs). Review and approve mechanical designs to ensure compliance with applicable industry standards (UL 891, UL 1558) and internal Vertiv engineering, safety, and manufacturing requirements.
