Position Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach

* Utilize CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate pipeline data

* Research and identify target accounts within key industries aligned with company services

* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members

* Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing

* 20+ face-to-face calls per week

* Maintain consistent follow-up prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel

* Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates

* Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

* Attend networking functions including conferences, trade shows, etc.

Position Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

* 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B)

* Hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets

* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

* Familiarity with manufacturing, warehousing, automotive environments, staffing or workforce solutions, is required.

Travel Requirements: 25-50%
