To support our growing business, Sharp Electronics is looking for a MITS Selling Sales Manager to increase sales in our Business Systems division. We are currently hiring for opportunities in our Greenville area sales office.
In addition to their individual responsibilities as a Sales Specialist, The MITS Selling Sales Manager is accountable for the sales activities of a team of Sales Specialists, ensuring that all team members meet established sales quotas. This position works closely with the sales team managers to expand business and establish new customers while interacting with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.
Lead a team of Sales Specialists (Visual Solutions Specialists, Application Specialists, and MITS Sales Professionals) to achieve branch TSG revenue objectives
Attract, hire, and provide training for continuous development of the sales team
Review and collaborate with Specialists and Account Executives on their performance to achieve sales quotas
Establish weekly cadence for pipeline accountability and execution of daily sales activities
Partner with branch sales, service, and operations to achieve overall client satisfaction
Provide written feedback to the sales team regarding performance versus objectives and clear direction on recovery actions
Resolve client sales requests through problem-solving process, developing solutions, and providing recommendations
Lead a team through sales enablement tools and education to identify new business opportunities
Continue self-development of professional and technical knowledge through attending educational webinars, creating social-selling networks and avenues to increase sales meeting opportunities
Expected to achieve sales quotas, sales activities, and provide both personal and team results to marketplace BP/GM/GSM
Bachelor's or associate degree desired
5+ years of outside sales experience
Experience selling technology services and solutions
Experience with virtual platforms, such as MS Teams
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Enterprise selling skills at senior levels, working with key decision-makers (C-level corporate managers)
Solutions-oriented, complex problem solving
High-level interpersonal communication skills
Experience creating and assisting in the delivery of professional sales presentations
Valid US driver's license and means to drive to multiple locations daily as required

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $94,900 - $147,290. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
