Serves as the Agency's lead project administrator during construction. Assigns and supervises personnel to projects in order to ensure compliance by the contractor to plans, specifications and special provisions. Evaluates contract documents to determine if there are conflicts and provides recommendation for addressing conflicts. Ensures proper coordination on roadway and bridge construction projects. Contacts utility company representatives concerning conflicts with road and bridge construction; meets with property owners on construction projects to answer questions on work to be performed within the limits of their property; serves as a contact person and coordinator between contractor and municipal officials; conducts pre-construction or partnering sessions; coordinates ...Engineer, Resident, Construction, Associate, Contractor
