The Lead Technical Services Scientist/ Supervisor provides technical leadership and direct people management for pharmaceutical process development, technology transfer, and manufacturing support activities related to new liquid pharmaceutical products. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes through process ownership, technical troubleshooting, deviation investigations, exhibit batch oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. This position serves as the primary technical escalation point for manufacturing operations and has direct supervisory responsibility for Technical Services Scientists and supporting staff.
