Direct, coordinate, and supervise food and beverage operations of The Cliffs Club Services, LLC, a premier private luxury residential club community, including fine dining, banquets, catering, and bar services.
Develop, implement, and manage food and beverage programs, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality service and profitability.
Supervise, train, and mentor department staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and banquet personnel, fostering a professional and customer-focused environment.
Coordinate employee scheduling in alignment with established training plans for new hires and oversee the training and professional development of service staff, concierge personnel, housekeeping teams, and banquet operations staff.
Apply specialized knowledge of culinary preparation, menu composition, beverage pairing, and wine selection to train staff and to advise members and guests, ensuring an elevated dining experience and adherence to club standards
Oversee dining area operations by coordinating and supervising trained personnel to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance with operational standards, and a high-quality guest experience. Plan and manage day-to-day operations, special events, guest activities, menu rollouts, etc. for the food & beverage department.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance against revenue and expense targets.
Ensure strict compliance with prescribed standards in the areas of guest satisfaction, food cost, labor costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation.
Engage new guests and existing guests during their visits to ensure positive first impressions and professional service.
Use knowledge of hospitality operations and event logistics to configure dining areas, ensuring optimal setup, safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory and club quality requirements.
Collaborate with managerial teams in other areas of responsibility to ensure prompt and high level of service execution in all areas.
Ensure that all team members are team focused and living the Cliffs Mission.
Continuously evaluate personnel performance through operational assessments, performance metrics, and service quality analysis, while implementing training and development initiatives to improve employee productivity, service standards, and overall food and beverage operations.
Assist in coordinating food and beverage procurement, inventory control, and receiving operations for the club's dining and event services, while supporting cost management, portion control standards, vendor coordination, and inventory optimization to ensure efficient and high-quality F&B operations.
Perform and oversee administrative and financial operations of the department, including payroll coordination, financial record management, and transaction reconciliation.
Analyze industry trends, market research, and member feedback to innovate service offerings and enhance overall club experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational quality, service consistency, product standards, workplace environment, financial metrics, safety compliance, and overall guest satisfaction through data-driven evaluation and process optimization. Assist in ordering and receiving products and inventory management (cost and portion control).
Provide associate hiring, training, scheduling, and development (Managers and service staff).
Assist in other clubs when necessary and other company-wide functions.
Continuously evaluate personnel performance and encourage improvement.

Must possess and maintain a current Alcohol Safe Service Certificate or complete an approved alcohol training program and obtain certification within thirty (30) days of hire (company-paid if not already certified).
