As a Forklift Operator, you will safely transport materials, support warehouse operations, and help maintain efficient production flow within the Prep and Texturing departments. This is a tempt-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:* Pay of $15.71 per hour* 12-hour shift | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM* Rotating 2-2-3 schedule* Temp-to-hire opportunity* Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company* Hands-on warehouse and forklift experience in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking For:* Ability to safely operate forklifts and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs)* Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions* Strong attention to safety and detail* Good communication and teamwork skills* Basic computer skills, including navigating files and standard computer functions* Ability to complete warehouse support testing and certification requirements* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment* No education requirements* Previous forklift and/or warehouse experience preferredWhat You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:* Safely operate forklifts and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs)* Transport yarn trucks, dunnage, POY, and returnable packaging throughout the facility* Unload trailers containing yarn, packaging, and tube bundles* Stage and organize Milliken returnables and production materials* Load, unload, and move materials accurately and efficiently* Maintain a clean and organized work area* Follow all company safety procedures, operating guidelines, and standard work practices* Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations
