How You Will Make an Impact: The Patient Access Coordinator serves as a critical link between patients and the clinic, making a significant impact on patient experience. This vital role ensures that patients have a positive, organized, and efficient entry into CCRM Fertility, contributing to a positive patient experience and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a college student interested in healthcare administration or understanding the flow in a medical practice. The Patient Access Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent patient service, supporting daily reception activities, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic workflow.

What You Will Do: The Patient Access Coordinator is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering phones, collecting patient information, insurance details, completing medical record requests, and provides front office administrative support for the office. The Patient Access Coordinator is the first person to greet patients and will answer questions or provide general information. This position reports to the Practice Administrator.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet patients and visitors upon arrival
  • Collect and verify insurance cards and photo identification
  • Process credit card payments accurately
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Restock patient-facing materials and office supplies as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to front desk and clinical staff
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support daily operations

CCRM's Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
