The Assistant Track & Field coach for throws will provide leadership, mentorship, instruction, motivation, and support to the Bob Jones University Track & Field Program. The goal and objective of the program is to develop physically, mentally, and spiritually strong student-athletes, that teaches how to better apply their gifts from God in a way that ministers to others and expands God's Kingdom. The program seeks academic excellence, athletic success, community engagement, and spiritual development from its members.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
An applicant must be a born-again Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Each applicant must agree with and affirm the Bob Jones University creed, mission and core biblical doctrines regarding areas such as the Bible, the triune God, man and salvation, etc. Employees are expected to maintain a conservative lifestyle and support Bob Jones University's positions on issues such as beverage alcohol and addictive substances, creation, marriage and human sexuality and the sanctity of life, etc., ( ). Employees are to be active members of a local Bible believing church which holds orthodox theology. Applicants must be committed to providing students an excellent, world-class education from a biblical worldview.

Experience:
USATF Level 2 throws certification preferred or USTFCCCA equivalent certifications.
At least 1-year prior college coaching or equivalate, with experience at NCAA Division preferred.
