HTI is hiring a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to drive outbound business development for ourProfessional and Skilled Trades Recruiting division. This is a true Inside Sales role built for someone who thrives on cold calling, prospecting, and creating opportunities through high-volume outreach.

What You'll Do

  • Execute daily outbound sales activity through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify companies actively hiring professional and skilled trades talent
  • Generate and qualify leads for recruiting and sales teams
  • Schedule discovery meetings with HR leaders, hiring managers, and operations leaders
  • Build pipeline through strategic prospecting and follow-up
  • Track all activity and sales progress within CRM systems


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and rejection
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to build relationships and create opportunities from cold outreach


Preferred Experience

  • B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development experience
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades industries
