Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling orders, stocking inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves operating forklifts, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory handling.

Job Responsibilities

• Pull, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with warehouse organization, cleaning, and general housekeeping
• Maintain safe and organized storage areas
• Read and follow work orders to ensure order accuracy
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months recent warehouse and sit-down forklift experience required
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Comfortable working at heights up to 15–20 feet
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand for full 8-hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Stable work history with no more than 3-month employment gaps

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Experience

• Warehouse operations experience including shipping, receiving, inventory, or order pulling preferred
• Cherry picker experience preferred but not required; training available
