MSA Home Health , a proud member of the Medical Services of America family, is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time/PRN Home Health Social Worker for our Home Health location in Greenville, SC.Provides services in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment and assists the physician and other members of the home health team to understand the significance of social and emotional factors related to the client's care.Works with the interdisciplinary team directly, or through coordination of team members, to provide appropriate assessment and support patients and families.Develops, prepares and maintains individualized client care progress records with accuracy, timeliness and according to policies.Recognizes and utilizes community and family resources to assist the client in long-term plans for life in the community or to learn to live within the client's disability.Cooperates with appropriate staff to provide staff education when requested and arranged by the client care manager.Job RequirementsBachelors or Masters degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or rehabilitation counseling form an accredited 4 year college or universityMinimum of one year experience in social work, preferably in a home care agency, hospital, rehabilitation center or mental health programCurrently licensed to practice as a social worker in the state of SC.Valid Driver's License.MSA offers competitive pay and excellent benefits:Generous paid time offMedical/Prescription, Dental & Vision Insurance and other benefits (STD, LTD, Accident & Sickness, additional life insurance, etc.)Company paid employee life insurance401(k) retirement with a generous company matchOpportunities for advancementMany other great benefitsVisit us on the web at www.MSAhealthcare.comWe are an equal opportunity employer
