  • Shift: M-F 8:30a-4:30p

  • Availability: 4 week availability each month, with 4 days of availability each week - must be able to work for at least 6 month initial contract

  • Call Schedule: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks

  • Call Ratio: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks

  • Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric

  • What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology, 0% internal medicine

  • Number of Physicians in Practice: 7

  • How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 6

  • Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25

  • Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 20

  • Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting

  • Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

  • Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes

  • Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse Oncologist
