Attorney – Construction Litigation

📍 Greenville, South Carolina (Hybrid)

Compensation: $180,000–$230,000 DOE

A well-regarded Boutique construction litigation firm is seeking an Attorney to join its growing team in Greenville. This role offers exposure to complex construction disputes and insurance-related matters, working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction and insurance defense matters, including contract disputes, defects, and negligence claims
• Manage cases through litigation and arbitration
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management

Qualifications

• JD and an active bar license in South Carolina
• 1+ year of litigation experience
• Construction or insurance defense experience preferred
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills
