The Draft Technician delivers kegs to retail customers and services the keg system equipment professionally and courteously. Also, this role ensures the placement of point-of-sale ( POS ) materials during account visits. Primary Responsibilities Deliver kegs; place the merchandise in customer-desired locations. Service keg systems; install and clean lines. Train customers on keg installation procedures. Identify sales opportunities; provide referrals to the sales team. Monitor all-malt code dates to ensure freshness. Set-up POS materials (e.g., coasters, banners, table tents, etc.) during account visits. Deliver hot shot items to on-premise accounts as needed. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Additional Primary Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency. Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers license, and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance by State laws.
