Oversee the shipping process during the shift, including shipment schedule, and coordination of all job duties that pertain to shipping. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Shipping Shift Coordinator: - Accurately prepares shipments to customers using approved procedures in Syteline. This includes driving a forklift to pull freight orders and prep for pick up shipments - Handles other requests for unscheduled shipments. This includes the preparation of required paperwork; invoices, packing lists, shippers letter of instruction (SLI), bill of lading, and labels - Packs and palletizes shipments per customer and government requirements - Contacts appropriate carriers for pick-ups - Tracks shipments per customer expectations and OTC goals using appropriate systems Document Preparation and Management: - Prepares documents to comply with government regulations on all shipments using Syteline Problem Solving: - Identifies and corrects problems in the appropriate systems - Finds solutions ...Warehouse Associate, Associate, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Shipping, Insurance
