Your responsibilities will include: Observe, assess, and train personnel on-the-job in electrical and structural assembly procedures. Component installation and operational check out. Identify and recommend corrective actions for any deficient assembly processes or skill gaps. Support corrective-action investigations, root-cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
