We are seeking a Permanent Field Superintendent to join our team. As a Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also play a key role in ensuring the safety of all personnel on the construction site. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Why join us? Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. 2. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. 3. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors. 4. Ensuring that all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. 5. Conducting regular inspections of the construction site to ensure that all work is in compliance with project specifications and safety standards. 6. Managing and mitigating project risks. 7. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. 8. Reporting on progress, costs, and issues to stakeholders regularly. 9. Maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times. 10. Resolving any on-site issues or disputes. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, general contracting, precast plant operations, engineering, or related fields. 2. Proven experience in project management and team supervision. 3. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety standards. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Demonstrated leadership skills. 7. The ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software. 9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 10. Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus.
