This organization has been a leading manufacturer and supplier of converted paper and paperboard products to many domestic and international customers. This team is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations at its Spartanburg, SC facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills and thrives in hands-on problem solving.

This role is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and plant systems, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. Duties include maintaining motors, conveyors, and other machinery, diagnosing sensors and control systems, conducting inspections, supporting equipment installations and upgrades, and accurately documenting work in CMMS systems. The position requires following strict safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, while working closely with production teams to keep operations running efficiently. Ideal candidates have strong industrial electrical experience up to 480V, can read schematics and blueprints, , and possess solid mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills, along with strong organization and attention to detail.

Compensation for this role is $30-33/hr plus overtime and Bonus up to 5k per year. You will receive great benefits and 401k match.
