Maintenance Technician Location: Spartanburg, SC Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift (3-2-2) Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM HTI is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC. This is a critical, high-impact role focused on minimizing downtime and supporting production through advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Position Overview The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems and PLC diagnostics. This position requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, with a primary focus on electrical systems Diagnose and resolve equipment failures independently Perform PLC troubleshooting and editing (Allen Bradley) Support robotics and automated systems Maintain presses, welders, and assembly equipment Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Qualifications Multicraft Maintenance experience strongly preferred Advanced electrical troubleshooting capability required Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (troubleshooting and editing) Ability to troubleshoot PLCs vs. full programming Experience with robotics and automation systems Strong mechanical aptitude (presses, welding equipment, etc.) High school diploma required; technical training preferred Additional experience with servo motors, drives, and communication systems is a plus. Compensation & Benefits $37+ per hour.
