Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and supporting security-related concerns in a professional manner.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.; Support security-related operations at a fast-paced technology location by observing activity, documenting incidents, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or operational issues to the appropriate contacts.
