Are you a solution-driven culinarian battling burnout in a high-cost culinary hub and looking for a better pace of life? Our Executive Chef made the move from New York City to find exactly that, and now he is looking for a collaborative, high-energy Sous Chef to help lead the vision of making our property the premier eating and drinking destination in the city. If you are eager for a fresh start to blaze trails without sacrificing your culinary ambition, Savannah is calling.

The Mission

Over the last few months, we've completely transitioned away from "Cisco boxes" to a 100% scratch operation. Now, we need a strong second-in-command to help build an incubator for culinary talent and train a team that is eager to learn better techniques.

What You'll Do

  • Mentor & Train: Elevate the team's technique and instill a culture of culinary education.
  • Solve, Don't Complain: We need an independent, solution-driven leader who tackles challenges head-on rather than worrying about little things that are out of our control.
  • Roll with the Punches: The hospitality industry is unpredictable; you will need to navigate challenges alongside the Executive Chef and tackle hard tasks without a silver platter.

Details
  • Salary: $60k - $70k (DOE).
  • Requirements: Multi-unit/Hotel experience is not required-we value passion, reliability, and grit over a specific resume type.
