Provide coordination and leadership across the team of Additive Engineers, Technicians and Operations Coordinator ensuring daily/weekly goals and Key Performance Indicators are met including issue resolution and prioritization of work. Execute on continuous improvement and lean projects to improve the safety, quality, lead time and cost of the of the additive print and post print processes in both the AMRT and in GVL-Manufacturing Production area. Drive safety culture through the additive operations owning environmental waste streams, safety concern resolution, and safety/material handling improvements themselves and with the broader team. Drive a lean culture and mindset in the additive operation using LEAN tools such as 5 S and TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance), etc. to execute on waste elimination and improve quality as a team.
