Location: Greenville, SC

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Standard Business Hours)

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading provider of commercial door and dock solutions, is seeking a Customer Service – Parts & Service Specialist to support their Greenville, SC office.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position that plays a critical role in supporting both customers and field technicians. The role has evolved beyond a traditional customer service function, focusing heavily on parts coordination, quoting, and service support to improve overall operational efficiency and customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Generate service and parts quotes, including material markups and labor estimates
  • Source vendor pricing and coordinate with suppliers
  • Create and process purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Communicate directly with customers and internal technicians to support service needs
  • Follow up on open quotes and ensure timely conversion to orders
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming parts and equipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth workflow across service operations

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in estimating, quoting, or service-related support (industrial, commercial, or similar environment preferred)
  • Strong analytical and math skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or job scopes
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in service, parts, or operations support within industrial, construction, or mechanical environments preferred
  • Exposure to vendor coordination, purchasing, or supply chain processes preferred
