Senior Family Law Attorney

  2026-05-06     Carolina Legal Associates     Greenville,SC
Description:

Senior Family Law Attorney | Satellite Office Lead | Greenville, SC

Are you a seasoned family law practitioner who loves the practice of law but craves a work environment that actually puts people first? A thriving, employee-centered firm is seeking a Senior FamilyLaw Attorney to lead its busy Greenville, South Carolina satellite office.

This firm rejects the traditional "burnout" model of legal practice. Instead, they empower their team members, foster a fun office culture, and prioritize the well-being of their attorneys. If you want to run a satellite office without the stress of constant business development, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.

The Role: Leadership Without the "Book"

Unlike many senior-level roles, this position does not require you to bring a book of business. The firm maintains a robust pipeline of leads and intakes, ensuring your desk stays full from day one. Your primary focus will involve high-level case management and the daily operations of the Greenville location.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and litigate a diverse caseload of family law matters.
  • Lead the Greenville satellite office with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Provide compassionate, client-centered representation to individuals navigating difficult life transitions.
  • Utilize Smokeball legal software to maintain organized files and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with the firm's broader leadership team to maintain a consistent, high-standard "people-first" culture.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate who balances legal expertise with genuine empathy. Because the Greenville office is small but fast-paced, you must feel comfortable working independently while staying connected to the firm's core mission.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in South Carolina family law (Senior Associate or Partner level).
  • Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
  • Proven ability to manage cases from initial intake through final resolution or trial.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a "client-first" mentality.
  • Experience with, or a quick ability to learn, Smokeball or similar case management software.

Why This Firm?

This is not your typical high-pressure law firm. Our client believes that happy attorneys provide the best service. You will join a team that values your contributions and encourages a vibrant, engaging workplace.

  • Abundant Leads: Focus on being an attorney, not a salesperson.
  • Empowerment: Enjoy the freedom to run a satellite office with the full support of an established firm.
  • Culture: Experience a workplace that truly cares about your professional growth and personal happiness.
