Summary:
The Lead HRSG Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical execution of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) projects from start to finish. This role serves as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring that all project requirements are clearly understood and met. The engineer coordinates closely with internal engineering teams, procurement, construction partners, and project management to deliver high-quality solutions that comply with contract specifications.
Key responsibilities include leading project kick-off and design meetings with customers and partners, reviewing and communicating contract requirements, and managing technical inquiries and change requests. The Lead Engineer evaluates the impact of project changes on cost and schedule, manages change orders, and works proactively to resolve technical challenges and cross-functional design issues. This role also involves managing project budgets, providing regular financial updates, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
The Lead HRSG Project Engineer supports manufacturing, sourcing, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure that equipment meets customer expectations and business objectives. The engineer presents project updates and risk mitigation plans to senior management, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
No Steam/Gas turbine project experience is required for this role

$40/hr to $57/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
