Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the sale of Wireless Devices, Accessories, and Service Plans in a retail setting in partnership with Cricket Wireless to drive company revenue. We offer full benefits, commissions, and opportunities for bonuses!

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise/join a team of retail sales workers
2. Adjust/adhere to a daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
3. Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
4. Resolve customer complaints/issues
5. Train team
6. Maintain sales goals
7. Marketing
8. Inventory
9. Motivate team

Qualifications:

• Ability to self-start and maintain motivation
• Strong leadership qualities
• Positive and energetic attitude

Pay: $40,000 - $50,000

Job Type: Full-time

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekly
• Weekends

Language:

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
