We are working with a growing organization in the underground utility and infrastructure distribution space seeking a Territory Account Manager to support continued growth across the Upstate South Carolina market. This is a relationship-driven role focused on building business with municipalities, contractors, utility agencies, and engineering-related stakeholders throughout the region. It is a strong fit for someone who understands project-based selling and enjoys being in front of customers, identifying opportunities, and helping move work from early conversations through project execution.
The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for growing and managing business across the market by developing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and supporting ongoing activity tied to utility and public infrastructure work.
3+ years of experience in outside sales, account management, utility products, waterworks, or infrastructure-related markets
Strong understanding of project-driven sales and customer development
Experience working with municipalities, contractors, engineers, or utility-related accounts preferred
Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building ability
Self-motivated and comfortable managing a regional territory
Underground utility, waterworks, or public infrastructure product knowledge
Background in contractor, municipal, or distributor sales environments
Exposure to quotes, bids, and project support activity
