S the following and other duties as assigned. Ensure all observed tasks are being performed in a safe and controlled manner and assist safety team in ergonomic review and JSA based task improvements. Audit production conformity to SOC (Standard Operating Conditions) and work with team to return deviation to standard. Work with production and maintenance to identify issues, general cleaning and other activities that may be required that are impacting Safety, Quality, FPY or OE. Support production supervisors in training and providing direction to production team. Communicate with Production Team Leaders to ensure team understands established operating systems in safety, quality, and process controls. Support production in product changeover and other high risk quality conditions. Utilize data collection to identify deviations quickly and implement corrective measures.
