What you can look forward to as Human Resources Intern: Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including data collection, analysis, and maintenance of employee training records. Track training completion and assist with pay progression and compliance reporting through accurate LMS data management. Assist in coordinating New Hire Orientation, including scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
