Merrill Gardens - 90 Payne Street - Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, H.V.A.C., landscape, carpentry work, painting, and equipment repair; Ensure that walls, floor coverings, doors, windows, furniture, woodwork in the common areas of the community are properly maintained and repaired; Repair and maintain vacated rooms in a timely manner which includes painting walls and cleaning carpets; Responsible for all in-house plumbing, e.g. sinks, toilets and bathtubs; minor electrical work within units and in common areas; Complete all work orders in a timely manner and document safety issues and other notes as needed
