Golden Corral - - Responsibilities: Oversee food production and Back-of-House operations using company systems and recipes; Ensure quality, consistency, and cleanliness of food and procedures; Monitor and manage food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of General Manager and Hospitality Manager; Lead a high-volume, casual dining team; Support restaurant operations to meet guest expectations
